Hotel Reservations 

The Embassy Suites, 800 Monroe Street is the venue for this event. The all-suite hotel is connected via a Sky Bridge to the Von Braun Center, a multi-purpose arena, meeting and performance arts venue. Walk to the Huntsville Museum of Art or enjoy the scenery in Big Spring Park.  

Special discounted conference rates of $119 per night (plus 13.00 % per room per night tax and a 1.00 USD per room per night secondary tax) from October 10, 2017 - October 13, 2017. The discounted room rates are also available on a limited based on the nights of Oct. 8 and 9 prior to the conference dates and through Oct 15 following the conference. This rate is for single or double occupancy. An extra person charge per person will apply for 3 or more guests sharing the same guestroom (Triple $129 and Quad $139). Internet access is free in guest rooms.

The room block will be available until September 26, 2017. However, please note that discounted room rates in the block may sell out before this date. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. 

All rooms are two-room suites. Rates include a complementary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, and drinks and snacks every evening at the complimentary Evening Reception in the atrium.

Parking, Airport and Ground Transportation

Free Airport and Hotel Shuttle Transportation: This hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a three-mile radius and to Huntsville Airport, Bridge Street Town Center or Huntsville Hospital.  The shuttle runs from 6:00 am to 10:00 PM, but must be scheduled in advance.

Parking: Covered/overnight parking for hotel guests is $6.00 plus 12% tax.
