The Lifespan Respite Program, funded by the US Administration for Community Living, was established to help states expand, enhance, and coordinate respite services. The Idaho Caregiver Alliance works to meet these goals and serve all family caregivers. This LSR program includes families, individuals, and children affected by developmental disabilities, other disabilities, mental health issues, aging, chronic illness or individuals at risk for abuse or neglect.

This project was supported, in part by grant number 90LT0002, from the U.S. Administration for Community Living, Department of Health and Human Services, Washington, D.C. 20201. Grantees undertaking projects under government sponsorship are encouraged to express freely their findings and conclusions.
