Bundle Instructions

Bundle administrators (principal contact for organizational memberships) may manage the membership accounts for 1- 5 FREE memberships  (professional, family or student) in addition to their own membership, depending on the level of membership (See Member Application).

Follow these instructions for managing your "bundle."

Step 1:

Go to the website and log on by clicking on the person icon in the header of the home page using your user name or email address and password.  If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot Password" and instructions will be sent to your email address.

Step 2:

After you log in, click on “View Profile” (found by clicking on the person icon in the header of the home page) to go to your own personal profile of your membership information.

Step 3

Your member profile will give you a view of relevant information about your membership in ARCH including your Bundle Management information.

Your can change and add to your personal information by clicking “Edit Profile.”

Add a new member to your bundle by clicking “Add member.”

Step 4:

Add personal information about the new member. Add a password. They will be able to change the password you have given them when they log on for the first time (and click on "View Profile"). They will also be able to change and add to any information that you enter. In addition to the password, other mandatory fields include first and last name and their email address.

Step 5

After you have completed the mandatory* fields, click “Go to profile.”

Step 6

This takes you to the new member profile you just created. The “Edit profile” tab will allow you to change the information and delete or archive the member record if you wish. If a member record in your bundle is deleted, you will be allowed to add a replacement to your bundle.

After you check to see if the information is accurate, click on “Return to bundle list and your own profile.”

Step 7

And this takes you back where you started in Step 3. Now you can see the current members in your bundle and in the future, when you are ready to add another member, just return to the page and click “Add a member.”
