    The Lifespan Respite Grantee and Partner Learning Symposium sponsored by the ARCH Lifespan Respite Technical Assistance and Resource Center precedes the National Lifespan Respite Conference on May 21, 2024, at the same location (reception on May 20 from 7-8 pm).  You must be a Lifespan Respite grantee agency or a designated partner from a State Respite Coalition or ADRC to attend. Participation is by invitation only.    

    Registration

    There is no charge for the Grantee/Partner Symposium, but registration is required.  A code from ARCH is required in order to register.

    CONFERENCE INFORMATION

    This year's National Lifespan Respite Conference, RAISE the Bar for Respite, is hosted by the ARCH National Respite Network in collaboration with the New York State Caregiving and Respite Coalition (NYSCRC) and the New York State Office for the Aging. The conference will be held at the Hilton Albany, beginning the evening of May 21, 2024 through May 23, 2024.

    The Lifespan Respite Grantee and Partner Learning Symposium will precede the conference on May 21, 2024, with a private reception for Lifespan Respite Grantees, Partners and invited guests the evening of May 20, 2024. (Learning Symposium and May 20th reception by invitation only; requires separate registration).

    Conference Registration Discounts:

    Early Bird Rates:  Register before April 15, 2024 to receive the early registration discounts.

    Paid ARCH Member Discount. To  support and sustain ARCH's work by joining, visit the membership page.  Contact ARCH to confirm your membership and receive a special link and code to register. 

    New York Resident Discount. New York residents receive the discounted rate of $295. 

    New York  State Office for the Aging.  To obtain the special registration link and code, please contact Abbey Derepentigny at abbey.derepentigny@aging.ny.gov.

    Conference Presenter Discount. If you submitted a presentation proposal and your proposal was accepted, you should have received a special link and discount code at the time of notification. You will need the code to receive your conference discount. If the proposal includes more than one presenter, only you and up to two (2) co-presenters listed on the presenter application are entitled to use the discount code.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel your conference registration before May 6, 2024, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee that you paid. On or after May 6 through May 13, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be withheld from your reimbursement. After May 13, 2024, no refund will be permitted.
