Conference Registration
Specially discounted early registration rates have been extended through September 14, 2017.
The public, including ARCH paid members, Alabama residents, invited Presenters, and non-members, may register here with a credit card that will be processed through PayPal or you may pay by check. If you pay by check or money order, please register online, print invoice and send payment to:

Conference Registration Discounts:
Paid ARCH Member Discount. To join ARCH, visit the membership page or you can join during the registration process. If you are a current paid member, log in with your email address and password to receive the discounted rate automatically.
Alabama Resident Discount. If you are an Alabama resident, you can receive a special code to register by contacting Melissa Terry at mterry@ucphuntsville.org.
Conference Presenter Discount. If you submitted a presentation proposal and your proposal was accepted, you received a discount code at the time of notification. You will need the code to receive your conference discount. If the proposal includes more than one presenter, only you and up to two (2) co-presenters listed on the presenter application are entitled to and will receive the discount code.
Hotel Reservations
The Embassy Suites Huntsville Hotel at 800 Monroe Street, Huntsville, AL, is the venue for this event. See the map below for directions.
Special discounted conference rates of $119 per night (plus 13.00 % per room per night tax and a 1.00 USD per room per night secondary tax) from October 10, 2017 - October 13, 2017. The discounted room rates are also available on a limited basis on the nights of Oct. 8 and 9 prior to the conference dates and through Oct 15 following the conference. This rate is for single or double occupancy. An extra charge per person will apply for 3 or more guests sharing the same guestroom (Triple $129 and Quad $139).
The room block will be available until September 26, 2017. However, please note that discounted room rates in the block are selling out quickly and probably will be sold out before this date. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
All rooms are two-room suites. Rates include a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, and drinks and snacks every evening at the complimentary Evening Reception in the atrium.
Conference attendees will have free wireless access in guest rooms.

Special Needs/Accommodations
For an ADA accessible sleeping room, please call the hotel and request it at the time you make your hotel reservation.
For all other reasonable accommodation requests, contact Melissa Terry at mterry@ucphuntsville.org. Requests must be made by September 1, 2017 in order to allow time to arrange for accommodations.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your conference registration before October 2, 2017, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee that you paid. On or after October 2, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be withheld from your reimbursement. On or after October 5, 2017, no refund will be permitted.

Lifespan Respite Grantee and Partner Learning Symposium

The Lifespan Respite Grantee and Partner Learning Symposium sponsored by the ARCH Lifespan Respite Technical Assistance Center precedes the National Lifespan Respite Conference on October 11, 2017, at the same location (reception on Oct 10 from 5-7 pm). There is no charge for the Grantee/Partner Symposium, but registration is required. You must be a Lifespan Respite grantee agency or a designated stakeholder from a State Respite Coalition or ADRC to attend. Participation is by invitation only.
